How Google Analytics uses your data

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. This allows IP addresses to be further processed in a shortened form, thus excluding the possibility of personal references. If the data collected about you contains a personal reference, this is immediately excluded and the personal data is immediately deleted.

Why we use Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website and to improve it regularly. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has subjected itself to the EU-US Privacy Shield,

d) Social Media Links

What social media links we use and how they work

We currently use the following social media links on our website: Linkedln. When you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the websites of the links. Only if you click on the marked link and thereby activate it, the link provider will receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offer. In addition, the data mentioned under No 2 lit. a of this declaration will be transmitted. By clicking the link, your personal data is transmitted to the respective site and stored there (in the case of US providers in the USA).

3. Processing of customer data and data of our business partners

a) Processing of personal data and the nature and purpose of the processing

If you contact us as a business partner (e.g. as a prospective customer, supplier or other business partner) or conclude a contract with us, we collect the following information:

• Company data and/or data of the contract or contact person such as title, first name, surname,
• Contact details like address, phone number, a valid e-mail address,
• Information that you have given us to initiate business contact or in contract negotiations.

We process this data

• to be able to identify you as our business partner,
• for correspondence with you,
• to be able to perform our services,
• for proper accounting,
• for the settlement of any liability claims that may exist and the assertion of any claims against you,
• to fulfil any legal obligations,
• for direct advertising for our company.

b) Legal basis of the data processing

The data processing is either carried out at your request and is required in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the purposes stated for the execution of the contractual relationship and for the mutual fulfilment of obligations arising from the contract, or is required to safeguard our legitimate interests or those of a third party in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

c) Storage duration

The personal data collected by us for the contractual relationship or contract initiation will be stored until the end of the relationship and until all foreseeable claims to be asserted become statute-barred and then deleted, unless we are obliged to store the data for a longer period of time in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR due to tax and commercial law or storage and documentation obligations (from German Commercial Code, Criminal Code, Fiscal Code) or you have consented to storage beyond this in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

d) Transfer of data to third parties

Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties if this is necessary for the execution and processing of the contractual relationship with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO. This includes in particular the transfer of data to our employees internally as well as to subcontractors, our outsourcing partners (e.g. accounting) our business partners (suppliers and end customers), PistonPower Group companies, our tax advisor, tax authorities and other public authorities for the purpose of correspondence as well as to fulfil our mutual obligations or our legal obligations. The data passed on may be used by the third party exclusively for the aforementioned purposes.


The Personal Data Act states that your personal data is confidential and must be stored securely. We store your personal data on computers with limited access, which are placed in controlled facilities. Furthermore, our security measures are regularly inspected in order to ensure that our user data is managed responsibly and in accordance with your rights as user. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security of data transfers over the Internet. This means that there can be a risk of others gaining unauthorised access to personal data when data is sent and stored electronically. You submit your personal data at your own risk.
Personal data is deleted or made anonymous once it has fulfilled the purpose for which it has been gathered.

The fast development of the Internet means that we might have to change our way of processing personal data. We therefore reserve the right to update and change the current guidelines for use of personal data. If we do this, we will of course change the ”last updated” date at the bottom of the page. In case of major changes, we will inform you by a visible notification on our website.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR. Submit your complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw it at any time. Such a withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

If we base the processing of your personal data on legitimate interests, you may object to the processing. This is the case if processing is not necessary in particular for the performance of a contract that you are a party of and if described by us in the following description of the functions. When objecting, we ask you to explain the grounds relating to your particular situation why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and either stop or adjust data processing or point out to you compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, on the basis of which we will continue processing.
