We process some personal data in the form of a mutual agreement in accordance with applicable regulations together with the company: PistonPower s.r.o., Kukučínova 2148-84, 017 01 Považská Bystrica, Slovakia
Parties entered into an Agreement on which share Personal Data with each other as separate controllers.
2. USE OF WEBSITE
a) General Data Processing
When using the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not provide us with any other information, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure its stability and security:

• Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT),
• Content of the request (specific page),
• Access status/HTTP status code,
• the amount of data transferred in each case,

• Operating system and its interface,

How Long are Cookies Stored?
The lifetime of our cookies varies but does not exceed 2 years.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This website uses IP anonymisation and therefore your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before this happens. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the internet.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This allows IP addresses to be further processed in a shortened form, thus excluding the possibility of personal references. If the data collected about you contains a personal reference, this is immediately excluded and the personal data is immediately deleted.

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website and to improve it regularly. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has subjected itself to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov.
d) Social Media Links
What social media links we use and how they work
We currently use the following social media links on our website: Linkedln and Instagram. When you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the websites of the links. Only if you click on the marked link and thereby activate it, the link provider will receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offer. In addition, the data mentioned under No 2 lit. a of this declaration will be transmitted. By clicking the link, your personal data is transmitted to the respective site and stored there (in the case of US providers in the USA).
Data Processing by those third parties
We have no influence on the collected data and data processing procedures, nor are we aware of the full scope of data collection, the purposes of processing, the storage periods. We also have no information about the deletion of the collected data by the linked websites.
e) CONTACT FORM
In addition to the purely informative use of our website, we offer other services which you can use if you are interested. For this purpose, you will generally have to provide additional personal data which we use to provide the respective service and to which the aforementioned data processing principles apply.
When you contact us via our contact form or e-mail the data you provide (e.g. your e-mail address, your name and the personal data you provide in the e-mail) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We will delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary or we will limit the processing if statutory retention obligations exist.
f) Use of personal information
Personal data is used to carry out the service in connection with which data is collected. The information is also used to gain more knowledge about you and other users of pistonpower.eu. This use can cover surveys and analyses aimed at improving our products, services and technologies, as well as the display of content and advertising adapted to your interests and hobbies.
Any of the information we collect may be used in one of the following ways:
• to display our website to you and to ensure its stability and security (Art. 6 para 1 p 1 lit. f GDPR),
• to improve customer service: your information helps us to respond to your requests and to support you with our services (the legal basis is Art. 6 para 1 p 1 lit. f GDPR),
• to send you information and updates via the email address you provide pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. (the legal basis is Art. 6 para 1 p 1 lit. a, b and f GDPR).
3. Processing of customer data and data of our business partners
a) Processing of personal data and the nature and purpose of the processing
If you contact us as a business partner (e.g. as a prospective customer, supplier or other business partner) or conclude a contract with us, we collect the following information:
• Company data and/or data of the contract or contact person such as title, first name, surname,
• Contact details like address, phone number, a valid e-mail address,
• Information that you have given us to initiate business contact or in contract negotiations.
We process this data
• to be able to identify you as our business partner,
• for correspondence with you,
• to be able to perform our services,
• for proper accounting,
• for the settlement of any liability claims that may exist and the assertion of any claims against you,
• to fulfil any legal obligations,
• for direct advertising for our company.
b) Legal basis of the data processing
The data processing is either carried out at your request and is required in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the purposes stated for the execution of the contractual relationship and for the mutual fulfilment of obligations arising from the contract, or is required to safeguard our legitimate interests or those of a third party in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
c) Storage duration
The personal data collected by us for the contractual relationship or contract initiation will be stored until the end of the relationship and until all foreseeable claims to be asserted become statute-barred and then deleted, unless we are obliged to store the data for a longer period of time in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR due to tax and commercial law or storage and documentation obligations (from German Commercial Code, Criminal Code, Fiscal Code) or you have consented to storage beyond this in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.
d) Transfer of data to third parties
Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties if this is necessary for the execution and processing of the contractual relationship with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO. This includes in particular the transfer of data to our employees internally as well as to subcontractors, our outsourcing partners (e.g. accounting) our business partners (suppliers and end customers), PistonPower Group companies, our tax advisor, tax authorities and other public authorities for the purpose of correspondence as well as to fulfil our mutual obligations or our legal obligations. The data passed on may be used by the third party exclusively for the aforementioned purposes.
4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Personal Data Act states that your personal data is confidential and must be stored securely. We store your personal data on computers with limited access, which are placed in controlled facilities. Furthermore, our security measures are regularly inspected in order to ensure that our user data is managed responsibly and in accordance with your rights as user. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security of data transfers over the Internet. This means that there can be a risk of others gaining unauthorised access to personal data when data is sent and stored electronically. You submit your personal data at your own risk.
Personal data is deleted or made anonymous once it has fulfilled the purpose for which it has been gathered.
The fast development of the Internet means that we might have to change our way of processing personal data. We therefore reserve the right to update and change the current guidelines for use of personal data. If we do this, we will of course change the ”last updated” date at the bottom of the page. In case of major changes, we will inform you by a visible notification on our website.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
Concerning your personal data you have the following rights toward PistonPower:
• right to access the personal data we process about you,
• right to rectification or erasure,
• right to restriction of processing,
• right to data portability,
• right to object to processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR. Submit your complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw it at any time. Such a withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
If we base the processing of your personal data on legitimate interests, you may object to the processing. This is the case if processing is not necessary in particular for the performance of a contract that you are a party of and if described by us in the following description of the functions. When objecting, we ask you to explain the grounds relating to your particular situation why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and either stop or adjust data processing or point out to you compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, on the basis of which we will continue processing.
